Its close proximity to both Sydney and Newcastle
adds lustre to the town with excellent freeway conditions making
it only a one hour drive from either city.
People who visit The Entrance never tire of

The town has enjoyed a $15m makeover creating
a cosmopolitan atmosphere which is a major factor in the resurgence
of tourists visiting one of the Central Coast's most popular
playgrounds.
The Entrance now has many added features including
a string of wonderful alfresco cafes, flaunting superb water
views, soft sea breezes and a much sought after temperate climate.
The layout of the town lends itself beautifully
for family strolls and once you have succumbed to the splendour
of the town, and accepted the magnificence of the surrounding

The Memorial Park, located on the foreshores
of the Tuggerah Lake, is a haven for family activities. Entertainment
is provided on weekends and during school and public holidays.
Vera's water garden has become an instant hit
with the children since it was opened with the sea chess.

Bayview Mall, adjacent to The Entrance Cinema, is also a nice
place to relax and enjoy the gentle sound of soft running water.
